Bekasi, Indonesia - Japanese automotive Produsen, Suzuki. Now has a new plant. The plant was established to increase production capacity and quality of products 4-wheel vehicles in the national market and export.
The plant absorb labor with a total of approximately as many as 1,152 people. That number is divided into 2 buildings with 2 production process, among others are Power Train Production and Assembly Production.
For Power Train Production itself has a building area of 35,200 m2 the number of employees 484 people. In this place factory workers undertake the manufacture of machinery, such as casting, machining, and assembling, while transmission, such as casting, forging, machining and assembling.
While for Assembly Production has a building area of 71 050 m2 the number of employees 668 people. In this place the activities include Pressing, Welding, Painting Body, Resin, Seat, Assembling, and the Final Inspection.
"Furthermore, we will continue to invest in Indonesia following the the development of this country, " Chairman firm Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC), Japan Osamu Suzuki in the inauguration of a new factory Suzuki in GIIC, Cikarang, West Java, Indonesiaon Friday (29/05/2015).

The technology is an advantage from the factory PT Cikarang's SIM which is almost entirely using robotic technology so as to make the process work more accurate, effective and efficient.
Another advantage is This plant has facilities Forging (making Gear itself) and Seat (making car seats), whereas in the Indonesian automotive industry they seldom or not all factories have facilities like this.
As is 2 production process and the technology, This plant has a capacity of production of 106,000 units per year for the assembly / assembling body.--
